  • Purpose of Messages: Communications are primarily operational and transactional (including appointment scheduling, project consultations, service updates, estimates, and customer service responses). Park & Pine reserves the right to send occasional promotional or marketing messages regarding new services, updates, or offers in the future.

  • Two-Way Messaging: You may initiate text messages to us with questions, project details, or scheduling requests. We will respond to your inquiries via the same number.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project status and communication needs.

  • Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates applied by your wireless carrier may apply to any SMS messages sent or received.

3. Opt-Out & Unsubscribing

You have the right to stop receiving text messages from us at any time.

  • How to Opt Out: Because this dedicated line is managed directly by our team, to stop receiving SMS communications, you must contact us directly via email, phone, or mail request and specify that you wish to opt out of text communications.

  • Confirmation: Once your opt-out request is processed, we will remove your number from our active messaging lists. Please note that opting out of SMS messages may impact our ability to deliver real-time scheduling updates or project notifications.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

  • Use of Information: Your phone number and contact information are used exclusively by RLH Residential / Park & Pine to fulfill requested services and maintain client communications.

  • No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number or opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Park & Pine and RLH Residential are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected text messages resulting from wireless carrier network issues or technical failures outside of our reasonable control.
